Like with our Eggplant Parm Bites, we’ve combined fresh eggplant with marinara sauce and cheeses to create this breaded 4.0 ounce patty. Additionally, we’ve used all natural ingredients and there is 0g of trans fat per Serving!

We’ve been making eggplant for years and our customers know eggplant parmesan – with the Eggplant Parm’ Patty we’ve removed the hassle of creating an eggplant parmesan sandwich. It’s a fantastic addition to the sandwich section of any menu and simple to prepare. Furthermore, the ingredients are all included inside the patty so only a bun is needed!
