Our loyal fan base knows us as “The Eggplant People.” The creation of “Angel” literally lets us add to our eggplant offerings by creating something the consumer will remember and identify with. It also sets the stage for product growth beyond just eggplant. While Dominex's roots are in eggplant, a heritage of which we are proud, our company has begun to expand into other vegetable offerins and formats.
